An outgoing, positive, sales representative with the ability to complete the sales process. Self-initiative and superior customer service skills interested in learning all aspects custom closet and garage design and sales.
To provide superior custom design solutions and unparalleled customer service to help our customers enjoy a more organized living space.
- Design, quote and sell custom organization systems to residential customers, home builders and developers.
- Conduct in-home design consultations using our proprietary CAD software (training provided).
- Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client.
- Maintain customer information in our CRM system (training provided).
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to identify and resolve client needs/wants
- Awareness and interest of interior design
- Technology savvy
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Detail oriented
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexible schedule but must have availability for two – three days a week including Saturdays and evenings.
Commission, benefits, expense reimbursement.
- Computer/technology skills required
- Design experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with design software is a plus
