We are looking for a passionate, design & merchandising savvy hardworking individual to join our team in the Trolley Square retail showroom! We have full-time positions available. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients and establish their needs, partnering with the sales team on sales
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment
  • Learn Alice Lane sales process and systems
  • Assist with receiving product, opening freight, and organizing backstock and the stockroom
  • Build customer relationships
  • Style & merchandise the sales floor to create an exciting, inspiring, and a beautiful environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Merchandising and/or design experience is preferred
  • 2-3 years design experience
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and follow up ability
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Desire to create customer relationships
  • Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

This position is located at our showroom in Salt Lake City, Utah.
