Rococo was never widely adopted in Great Britain; however, the silverwork, porcelain, and silks were strongly influenced by the continental style. English Rococo also tended to be more restrained. Rococo in England was also connected with the revival of interest in Gothic architecture. It was majorly influenced by the Chinese Taste and the Gothic Taste.
